As we begin our new home we want to share with you the process of building a custom home and all the details that are needed to make the final plan come together.
Background story:
My father, Tom, and I were able to buy a property in Clermont that allowed a family lot split. It took a long time to get the property split through Lake County but we are finally finished and we get to start our dream home! The final product will be our new home on one acre of the property while the other acre has our office and storage. Our new home will be a model home for all of our current and potential custom home clients.
Kaitlyn and I are newlyweds! Married on 11.2.24 and we are jumping right in to one of life's largest purchases and also doing it the "hard way" by making it custom to our design style. It is a daunting task but we are excited to make this home our own and live on this property for years to come!
